ACI/PTP

Product Description

The ACI/PTP will accept either a 0 to -7.5, 3 to 15, or 3 to 30 psig pneumatic input and convert it into a proportional 4 to 20 mA current output.  By adding one of the supplied external load resistors, the ACI/PTP will output a proportional 1 to 5, 2 to 10, or 3 to 15 VDC signal.  It is a positive current output device that is fully temperature compensated. 

Some of the most common applications for the ACI/PTP are:

·         Pneumatic System Monitoring
·         Pneumatic to Proportional Analog

A plugged 1/8”-27 FNPT gauge port is included for local mechanical indication.  The ACI/PTP is available in a 2.25” snap track mount configuration and is designed to accept a standard ¼” O.D. plastic tubing. 

The ENC1, is a compact metal enclosure, with a light gray powder coat finish.  A 2” diameter opening in the cover will enable you to view the gauge.  Two 7/8” diameter openings in the base ends can be used for ½” EMT conduit fittings.  All  mounting hardware for the interface device is included along with (3) plastic covers for covering both the gauge opening and the (2) 7/8” diameter knockouts.
